How many letters can fit on the ornament?
Some ornaments have a larger spacing area to personalize than others, up to 7 letters can usually fit on most, if you are in doubt please contact us and we can advise you to the most suitable.
What if the spelling is wrong?
Please double check the spelling of each name, we use permanent ink to personalize the ornaments so mistakes cannot be rectified. If however we make a mistake please return the ornament to us and we will replace it at no extra charge.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Our aim is to ship your order within 5-7 days. Shipping/delivery to your door can take anywhere from 7-14 days, and possibly longer during busy periods. As the Christmas buying season is our busiest time, please expect delivery times to be anywhere from 7 -21 days.
What if I am not happy with my order?
As all ornaments are personalized to order all sales are final. In the event of your order being damaged during shipping please return it to us and we will replace it at no extra charge.
I am ordering a gift, can you send it directly?
Of course, no problem. Please let us know full details at the time you place your order.
Can you ship to international destinations?
Yes this is not a problem but shipping costs will be higher, if you want to drop us a line, we can give you an idea of shipping charges.
What is the deadline for Christmas delivery?
We recommend no later than December 17th to guarantee delivery in Ireland in time for Christmas.
For the UK and Rest of World, the final date for receiving orders for guaranteed Christmas Delivery is December 10th.
